He was also my trainer for my first and only boxing match back in 2019. I wanted to get Prit on the show, as he’s one of the most positive people I know. He’s got a killer mindset and a deepness of thought that eludes many who are twice his age. In this episode, we talk about many things, including how he uses fear to drive him gratitude to maintain a positive mindset, the importance of a morning routine, and why Shavasana is his favourite yoga pose.
